Meals can be picked up at our storefront at 2383 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. If you are a member at Primerano Fitness or Apex Fitness you may choose to have meals delivered for pick up at your respective gym.

Order through our convenient online shop at profuelnutritionwny.com/order-now. Once the order is placed and the location for pick up has been selected you may pick up your meals that following Monday or for pick up at our Niagara Falls Blvd location they can be picked up beginning on Sundays at 10am-4pm or Mondays (9am-6pm)

Yes, there is a preorder minimum of 5 meals. However grab and go meals are available at our store front location at 2383 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 during business hours.

Yes, we are constantly working to expand and change our menu. As we develop and perfect new meals, we first ensure that it meets the highest quality standards before it is moved to the menu. For this reason we do not have a set timetable of when new meals will be available so please check back periodically for menu changes.

Our meals are made fresh, never frozen. They are fully cooked and just need to be reheated. Loosen the lid and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.

Our containers are BPA free, microwavable, dishwasher safe, freezer safe and recyclable. However, they are not oven safe. We recommend removing the contents from the container and placing it in an oven safe container/tray before heating in this manner.

Yes, meals can be frozen but for best taste and texture our meals should be eaten fresh.

Our meals remain fresh for up to 7 days after they have been prepared if they are appropriately stored and refrigerated.
